Betonia IT is a business built on a passion for service and technology, and we strongly believe that our service must be plain speaking, prompt, reliable, efficient and courteous at all times, as there is a large choice of other companies out there so we must always go the extra mile. There is nothing worse than being blinded by science and IT technical terms when at the end of the day you just want it to be reliable, secure and to work every time.

Betonia IT started 23 years ago and we have grown steadily and organically ever since. We have an impeccable client retention rate to date, and we still look after the very first client we had to this very day.

We believe strongly in going the extra mile for our customers, so while we work Monday to Friday, you will often find one of us working out of hours or at the weekend to help a client out in an emergency. As one client found out recently when on a Sunday he had no internet connection and could not access an urgent email he needed for 7am Monday morning, he was able to get hold of someone who could resolve it for him and as he said "I would not have had that service from many IT companies without paying the earth". It is this flexible approach which we believe sets us apart.
