Betonia IT typically offers “pay as you go” IT support although we can offer fixed price IT support contracts if required. Our services can be used on “as and when” required basis or we can offer a fully managed proactive service allowing you to run your business while effectively out sourcing your entire IT operation to us.

We support both the hardware and software giving you one point of contact for all your IT needs. We realise that with the technology available today IT support is not just a 9 to 5 Monday to Friday service and we offer an “out of hours” support service for emergencies*.

While we are based in Halesowen in the West Midlands we also offer IT support nationally and as our clients businesses have grown we also have travelled to the USA, Canada and China to manage and install networks and servers for our existing UK clients which we then support by a remote link.

Betonia IT’s experience in China was a steep learning curve and the experience has proved invaluable in advising other UK based companies on the idiosyncrasies of setting up IT systems and wide area networks in China.

Betonia IT have also assisted in the deployment of ERP for manufacturing and distribution in the UK, USA and China which again in China came with a unique set of challenges working with multilingual ERP software which can adhere to the very strict legal rules in China.
